About Youth Social Volleyball
YSV is more than just a social volleyball for young athletes playing volleyball. It tailors a program for a strong diverse community of like-minded individuals full of talent and ambition.
We aim to avoid standard “volleyball social” expectations and bring a new light to volleyball. Our attendees all share a vision of changing the world. Therefore, our profits from YSV go towards sponsoring less fortunate children, all thanks to the people of our movement.

When does Youth Social Volleyball Run?
Youth Social Volleyball currently operates EVERY Saturday evening, all YEAR LONG!

Why choose Youth Social Volleyball?
Currently, Youth Social Volleyball is Sponsoring two young children, Joshua from Uganda and Rima from Cambodia!
As part of the sponsor, we get to support these children and their families financially, watch these children grow, and have interactions with them through mail. We will celebrate the birthdays of these children even though we are thousands of kilometers away. This is all made possible by you and World Vision Australia.
Get to know a little more about Joshua and Rima below!
Meet Joshua,
Joshua is a 9-year-old boy from Uganda. Joshua is our first sponsor and we have been providing for him since the start of 2023. Joshua comes from a small family with one brother and one sister. This year we were lucky enough to be sponsoring Joshua during his birthday which we celebrated at one of our events. Joshua regularly sends us updates via mail about his school and home life. It’s great to see Joshua be so happy and excel in school!
Sweet little Rima from Cambodia is 7 years old! Rima has one sister and loves spending her time playing dolls with her sister. Along with Joshua, Rima has been sponsored since the start of the year! Rima is always smiling and so happy and loves telling us about her home life! Seeing videos of Rima smiling and laughing is such a rewarding experience which you can be apart of today!

Who can participate?
If you are in grades 7 to 12, beginner or advanced, then this session is for you!
How much does it cost?
For just $15 you get access to 2 HOURS of fun volleyball games, supervised by the Sharks Volleyball coaching team!
Where is it located?
YSV has two locations in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Brisbane: Mansfield State School, Sports Hall, Mansfield, 4122
Gold Coast: Pacific Pines State High School, 70 Santa Isobel Blvd, Pacific Pines, 4211
With the support of Sharks Volleyball, YSV now has a consistent court space at Mansfield State School and Pacific Pines State High School.
